When you reach the spot with the vultures, look around for a high ledge and jump down on the right angle to glide across the large gap. The dragon is on a distant platform.
To get the last dragon in Dry Canyon, head to the area where you see those vultures swooping down. Look for a platform in the distance and glide over to it. You'll find the dragon on the far side of the platform!
From the area with the vultures, find the ramp, and glide towards the distant platform to get the last dragon.
