How to get the Lava Conch in Terraria
To snag yourself a Lava Conch in Terraria, you gotta dive deep into the Lava layer of the Caverns. It's one of those treasures hidden inside Shadow Chests or can be snagged from Hellstone Crates while fishing in lava. Remember, bring an Obsidian Skin Potion unless you fancy a hot bath!

Got my Lava Conch from a Shadow Chest on my first try! Just keep looking in the Underworld, and make sure you've got a Shadow Key. Lucky fishing works too, but remember, lava fishing isn't for the faint-hearted.
Just fish in lava. Easy. Get a Hellstone Crate, and you might find a Lava Conch inside. No need to mess with Shadow Chests if you hate dungeon diving.
