Getting the Magic Conch in Terraria is all about patience and luck! You gotta fish for it in an Ocean biome during a Sandstorm. It's a rare drop from Sandstorm crates, so make sure you've got plenty of bait and maybe a cup of your favorite drink cause it might take a while. Happy fishing!
