Just be a total sweetheart! Spare all monsters, build friendships, and make sure to also hang out with Papyrus and go on a date with Undyne. Oh, and visit Alphys for some fun times!
Easy peasy: don't kill anyone. Seriously, just keep sparing enemies and follow the story. You'll get there.
From personal experience, I can tell you that sparing every monster and completing all the friendly events with characters like Papyrus and Undyne will lead to the Pacifist ending. It鈥檚 worth it!
