So you wanna call down the cosmic rocks, huh? Alright, here’s the lowdown: First off, smash one of those shadow orbs or crimson hearts found in the corruption/crimson biomes. You gotta use a hammer or any explosive for this job. However, keep in mind, it’s got to be night time for the meteorite to actually spawn. It’s kinda like baking a cosmic cake; you prep in the day, bake at night. Remember, there’s a 50% chance it’ll spawn the next midnight after you smash the orb or heart, so don’t sweat if it doesn’t show up right away. Patience, young grasshopper.

Just break a shadow orb or crimson heart and wait till midnight. EZ.

Not sure why everyone makes a big deal out of this. Just smash an orb/heart and cross your fingers for midnight. But honestly, it’s not even that useful unless you’re gunning for the early gear.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
