To get your hands on the monster truck in GTA 5, which is officially known as the 'Liberator', you'll wanna check out Warstock Cache & Carry in the game. It's available for purchase there, but remember, it's not cheap! Save up those GTA dollars.
I grabbed my Liberator during a 4th July event Rockstar did a few years back. So keep an eye out for special events and holidays, Rockstar sometimes makes exclusive vehicles like the monster truck available for a limited time!
