To snag yourself a Muramasa in Terraria, you gotta delve into the depths of the Dungeon. But hold up, you can't just barge in there; you need the Skeletron boss to grant you entry first. Once you've shown Skeletron who's boss, rummage through the Dungeon's golden chests. The Muramasa is playing hide and seek in one of those, waiting for you to find it. So, light up those torches, fend off the dungeon guardians, and get looting!

Honestly, getting the Muramasa is just luck. Dungeon chests are where it鈥檚 at, but you might end up clearing the whole Dungeon before you find it. Make sure you've got plenty of keys.
