Getting a Mythril Anvil is pretty straightforward but requires some effort. First, you'll need to enter Hardmode by defeating the Wall of Flesh boss. Once in Hardmode, start mining for Mythril ore in your world. You'll recognize it by its light green color. Gather enough of this ore, then smelt it in a furnace to make Mythril bars. You need 10 Mythril bars to craft the anvil. Finally, head to an Iron or Lead Anvil, and you can craft your very own Mythril Anvil. Happy crafting!

Mythril Anvil? It's simple! Beat the Wall of Flesh, mine Mythril, smelt it, craft the anvil. Short and sweet!

Honestly, getting a Mythril Anvil is too much work. Just find someone online to trade with you. Why bother mining?
