Honestly, just buy it from another player if farming isn't your thing. Grinding for drops can be a pain.

Getting the Nimbus Rod is all about patience and a bit of rain dance luck! Wait for it to rain in your Terraria world, then find and defeat the Angry Nimbus clouds that spawn. These floaty foes only show up during rain in Hardmode, so make sure you've defeated the Wall of Flesh to unlock Hardmode. The drop rate is about 1 in 8, so keep at it, and soon you'll have your very own Nimbus Rod!

I farmed for the Nimbus Rod once, took me ages but so worth it. Pro tip: set up a small farm area where you're well protected and let the Angry Nimbus come to you during rainfall. Works a treat!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
