Got mine during an event a while back! Just gotta grind those events when they pop up. You never know what'll come around.
Unfortunately, the P-59 is not available in the tech tree or through regular research. You might have to wait for another special event or Gaijin to put it up as a reward again.
Hot take: Forget the P-59; focus on the P-51. It's more accessible and still kicks butt!
