The Precursor Gun isn't a usable weapon for players. Just a big ol' part of the game's plot!

You can't get the Precursor Gun, but you can disable it after deactivating the Quarantine Enforcement Platform.

You don't actually 'get' the Precursor Gun in Subnautica. It's a massive alien cannon on the Mountain Island, part of the storyline.
