To snag yourself a Psycho Knife in Terraria, you'll need to summon and defeat the Solar Eclipse event mobs. One of these mobs is the Psycho, which has a chance to drop the Psycho Knife. Remember, Solar Eclipses happen randomly post-Mech bosses, or you can kickstart one yourself with a Solar Tablet at the Altar.
Just grind Solar Eclipses. The Psycho mob is your target for the Psycho Knife drop. Stock up on potions and gear because you're gonna need 'em!
