How to Get the Rest of Octavia Warframe
To finish Octavia, you need to farm her parts! Get the blueprint from the Octavia's Anthem quest. Her chassis drops from the Music Puzzle Room on Lua, her systems from the Deimos Survival mission, and her neuroptics from the Plato Crossfire Exterminate on Lua. Happy hunting, Tenno!

Farm, farm, and farm. You get her parts from various missions and the blueprint from Octavia's Anthem quest. But seriously, it's worth it. Octavia rocks!
Just a heads-up, you can also buy her complete set from the Market with Platinum if you're not into farming.
Personally, I finished Octavia by focusing on Lua first. Solved the music puzzle for the chassis, then jumped to Deimos for her systems. It took some time, but it was super rewarding in the end!
