You can get the Rhino Warframe by defeating the Jackal on Fossa, Venus. After you kick Jackal's metal butt, he'll drop Rhino's blueprints! Build the parts in your Foundry, and voila, you got yourself a Rhino!

Farm Jackal on Fossa, Venus! Just keep taking him down until you get all the blueprints (Neuroptics, Chassis, Systems), then build 'em.

I farmed Jackal a few times, got all three Rhino parts, and built him in my Foundry. Took some time, but it's definitely worth it!
