Easy peasy! Just find your slope (m) and your y-intercept (b), then plug 'em into y=mx+b. Boom, done!

From a graph? Calculate the rise over the run for the slope (m) and find where the line crosses the y-axis for the intercept (b). Simple!

Grab two points on your line, use (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) for the slope, then plug one point into y=mx+b to get b.

Just use y=mx+b; it's a classic for a reason!

I've done this a bunch: Rise over run for the slope (find two points on the line), then b is just where it crosses the y-axis!
