To get the Stone Head glove, you need to obtain the Fish Badge first by slapping 3 different players using the default glove in one match. After you have the Fish Badge, you'll unlock the Stone Head glove automatically!
Just grind for the Fish Badge! Use the default glove and slap three different players in one round. Easy peasy, Stone Head unlocked.
