Simply put, you grab a flying fruit and head to the Skylands. Inside the temple, solve the statue puzzle by trial and error until a secret door opens. Bam! Sword acquired.
I got my sword by teaming up with friends. One of us figured out the statue puzzle while the rest of us guarded the entrance from other players. Divide and conquer!
