Honestly, just ignore them. You'll get used to it.
From personal experience, go to the settings menu, find 'Basic' settings, and then you'll see an option to turn off those tips.
Go to the settings menu and look for the option to disable tips. It’s usually under the ‘Basic’ tab.
When in-game, you can often swipe them away if they pop up. Practice makes perfect!
