You’ll have to be a Twitch Prime member to grab that mask. Once you are, just head to the Twitch Prime loot page, claim it, and follow the instructions to link your accounts.

You can get the Twitch Prime mask in PUBG by linking your Twitch Prime account to your PUBG account. Just go to the Twitch Prime loot page and click on the available drops for PUBG. Easy peasy!
