To get the Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy, you gotta cozy up to the dark side, but relax, it's all in good fun. You'll need to progress through the story until you meet Sebastian Sallow. Stick with his questline and show some interest in learning about the Dark Arts. As you go deeper into his storyline, you'll have the chance to learn these powerful spells, including the famous Avada Kedavra. Remember, using them comes with consequences, so wield your new powers wisely (or not, I'm not your mom).

Honestly, who needs the Unforgivable Curses when you've got Expelliarmus? 10 points to Gryffindor for playing nice!

Just follow Sebastian Sallow's quests, and you're golden. It's all about choices, make the 'right' ones, and you'll be throwing around Avada Kedavra in no time.
