Honestly, just scavenged the Jellyshroom Cave myself and found the fragments in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy!
Alright, to get the Water Purifier, you'll first need to find the blueprint. You can locate fragments in the Degasi Seabases in the Jellyshroom Cave or the Grand Reef! Once you've scanned two fragments, you'll unlock it and can build it using the Habitat Builder.
Don't stress, just head to one of the Degasi Seabases (Jellyshroom Cave or Grand Reef). Scan two fragments and boom, Water Purifier blueprint unlocked!
