How to Get Themes on PS4
Go to the PlayStation Store, search for Themes, and you'll find both free and paid options. Once you download a theme, you can apply it by going to Settings > Themes.

From the home screen, go to the PlayStation Store. Search for 'Themes' and pick your favorite. Once downloaded, go to Settings, then Themes, and apply it!
Go to Settings > Themes and look for the option to find new themes. This will lead you straight to the PS Store where options await.
Just hit up the PS Store, browse for themes, and download what you like. After that, head to Settings > Themes and activate your new look!
