Yeah, just find the Gem of the Living in the Krypt, then go to the statue to turn off the axes. Easy peasy!

Skip the run-around and just use the Gem of the Living to activate the statue and stop the axes.

To get through the axe doorway in MK11, you need to use the Gem of the Living. Activate it at the statue nearby to deactivate the axes!
