Salvage metal wreckage you find scattered around. It's basically titanium waiting to be recycled!
Look for metal salvage near wrecks and kelp forests, or just scan and scan some more for those sweet tech drops.
You can also craft it from certain blueprint items if you have the right materials – worth checking your fabricator for that!
