All you need is a Slime Key from a Gordo Slime and then use it on the Ruins gate in the Indigo Quarry.

To get to the Ancient Ruins, first, unlock the Moss Blanket via the Overgrowth teleporter, capture some Quantum Slimes, and then feed them Phase Lemons in the Ruins to get through the doors!
