Honestly? Keep clicking those jumps and avoid falling. It takes practice, but you'll get there eventually.
Just keep jumping and upgrading your jumps. Once you upgraded enough, you'll be able to reach Astral Island no problem.
I got there by grinding for hours and upgrading my jumps like crazy. Patience and persistence, my friend!
