How to Get to the Aurora Laboratory in Subnautica
First, make sure you've got a Radiation Suit on to protect yourself from the radiation. Then, swim or use your Seamoth/Submarine to the front of the Aurora near the large gaping hole. Enter the ship through the hole, and head towards the living quarters and Prawn Bay. Finally, use a Propulsion Cannon to clear debris and a Laser Cutter to open sealed doors. Boom, you're in!

Don't forget your Radiation Suit and a good supply of medkits for this journey. Head to the front of the Aurora, find the big hole, and get inside. Make your way to the living quarters and Prawn Bay using the Propulsion Cannon and Laser Cutter. Keep an eye out for nasties!
Once you have the Radiation Suit, approach the Aurora from the front where it's split open. Use a Propulsion Cannon to clear your way and a Laser Cutter for any sealed doors. Easy peasy!
Literally just swim to the front of the Aurora, suit up, and cut your way in. Done.
From personal experience: Suit up with a Radiation Suit and grab a Propulsion Cannon and Laser Cutter. Aim for the big crack in the front of the Aurora, clear the debris, and get cutting!
