You gotta fix the drive core radiation leak aboard the Aurora first. Once you did that, use 2679 to unlock the door to the Captain's Quarters.

Head to the Aurora and make sure you've got a Radiation Suit on. You need the code to enter the Captain's Quarters: it's 2679. Happy exploring!
