First, make sure you have a Cyclops and a Prawn Suit with the depth module MK3. Head to the Lost River and follow the green brine to find an entrance to the primary containment facility. The Emperor Leviathan is deep inside!
Dive through the Lost River into the Lava Lakes and enter the Primary Containment Facility. The Emperor waits inside. Simple as that!
Took me forever, but make sure you've got hardcore gear ready. Lost River to Lava Lakes, then into the primary containment. It's a heck of a journey but so worth it!
