Quick tip: You need to be around level 1500 to access the Third Sea. From there, it’s a straight shot northeast past the Great Tree to find the Floating Turtle!
Hop on a boat and set sail to the Third Sea. Once you’re there, aim for the Floating Turtle island located northeast of the Great Tree. Happy sailing!
