You gotta use Ba'ul and travel to the location on the map northwest of Zopheir Sea. It's on an isolated island; you can't miss it!
Once Ba'ul can fly high, head northwest of the Zopheir Sea to reach Ghastfereest. It鈥檚 on a remote island with mountains all around it.
Just fly there with Ba'ul. If you can't yet, progress the story until Ba'ul can fly higher.
