How to Get to Rank Test in Warframe

To take a mastery rank test, you first need to fill up your mastery bar by earning affinity from leveling up weapons, frames, and companions. Once the bar is full, go to the navigation console in your Orbiter, click on the 'Rank Up' button that appears, and you'll be taken to the test!
Make sure to max out your mastery bar by leveling all your gear and then just hit that 'Rank Up' button in your Orbiter's navigation console.
From my experience, once you've grinded enough affinity and filled the mastery bar, just head to your navigation console and get your rank up test done!
