From your profile, tap the menu icon (three lines), go to 'Settings,' select 'Account,' and then choose 'Recently Deleted.' Simple as that!
I had to recover a deleted post myself! Just head to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines in the corner, hit 'Settings,' then 'Account,' and there you’ll find 'Recently Deleted.' Saved my fave pic there!
