To reach Ryujin Tower in Starfield, travel to the planet Neon located in the Volii system. Dock your ship at Neon City鈥檚 landing port and from there, make your way to the towering building in the city鈥攊t鈥檚 pretty hard to miss!
I found my way to Ryujin Tower by flying to Neon on Volii system, docking at the main port, and heading towards the skyline's centerpiece. It was such a cool sight!
