To start the Apostasy Prologue, you need to complete the Chains of Harrow quest first. After that, head to your Personal Quarters in your Orbiter and interact with the glowing orb. Happy hunting, Tenno!

Just finish Chains of Harrow, go to your Personal Quarters, and tap the orb. Simple as that.

Make sure you've done the Chains of Harrow quest. Then, check out your Personal Quarters in the Orbiter and touch the shiny ball!

I remember getting stuck on this too! Finish the Chains of Harrow quest, then look for the interactable glowing orb in your Personal Quarters. It will trigger the Apostasy Prologue.
