Dog Shrine? Don’t bother if you're not on a PlayStation version; it doesn’t exist on other platforms!
You only find the Dog Shrine in the PlayStation version of Undertale. Go to Snowdin, enter Papyrus and Sans’ house, and check out the room on the left.
To access the Dog Shrine, you must be playing Undertale on the PS4 or PS Vita. Then head to Snowdin, go to Papyrus and Sans’ house, and enter the little room to the left of the kitchen.
