To reach the Mosaic Gordo, head to the Glass Desert. Unlock it using the Ancient Ruins teleporter and follow the path that leads you there. You'll find it sitting pretty on a small island surrounded by colorful flora.

I found that the easiest way to Mosaic Gordo in Slime Rancher is to head for the Glass Desert after unlocking the Ancient Ruins teleporter. From there, make sure to explore around the oases, and you'll stumble upon it eventually!
