How to Get to the Mushroom Biome in Subnautica
Head east from your starting position near the safe shallows. The Mushroom Forest biome is down deeper, around 200-300 meters, and you'll recognize it by the huge tree mushrooms sprouting from the seabed. Just make sure you have enough oxygen and depth capacity!

From the Lifepod 5 starting point, go east-northeast about 1000 meters. You'll start seeing the giant mushroom trees as you get closer. Easy peasy!
