To get to the portal in Subnautica, head to the Primary Containment Facility (PCF) in the Lava Lakes biome. You'll need a Blue Tablet to access it. Inside the PCF, you'll find the portal after some exploration.

Dude, make sure you have two Blue Tablets. One gets you into the Primary Containment Facility, and the other unlocks the portal room inside. The portal is in the alien structure at the bottom of the Lava Lakes. Happy diving!
