You need to burst the Tabby Gordo located on a big rock ledge in the Dry Reef by feeding it lots of meat, then use the teleporter it leaves behind.

Just pop the Tabby Gordo! You’ll find the teleporter to Ring Island right under it. Easy-peasy!
