How to Get to the Rizzo's Facility in The Outer Worlds
First, make sure you've progressed in the story enough to unlock access to Monarch. Once you get there, head to the Stellar Bay landing pad. Follow the road west out of town, and you'll reach Cascadia. From there, it's a short trip southwest to the Rizzo's facility!

You need to head to Monarch and then make your way to Cascadia. It's southwest from there. Just be ready for some tough enemies!
It's on Monarch, near Cascadia. Fight your way there.
In my experience, I found Rizzo's facility by traveling to Stellar Bay on Monarch first. Then it's just a matter of following the main road west until you hit Cascadia. From there, it's a quick jaunt southwest. You can't miss it!
