You need to bring Quantum Plorts to activate the slimes statues in the Ancient Ruins area. It'll unlock the door to the Ruins.

To reach the Ancient Ruins in Slime Rancher, you gotta pop a Quantum Gordo Slime found in the Moss Blanket. Once fed with 50 fruits, it'll reveal a teleporter straight to the Ruins. Happy ranching!
