Honestly, just teleport. Just kidding! Pay the bridge toll, cross over, and drive to the snowy area. Simple as that.
To get to the Taiga in Lumber Tycoon 2, buy and use the Bridge to go across the water. Once there, follow the road until you hit the snow-covered biome. Easy peasy!
I do this all the time: Pay the $100 to the strange man under the bridge, drive across it, and keep going until you see snow. Can't miss it!
