How to Get to the True Lab in Undertale
Make sure you've befriended Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys! Once you've done that and defeated Asgore and Flowey, you'll get a call from Undyne asking you to meet in Alphys' Lab. That's your ticket to the True Lab!

Just follow the True Pacifist Route, and when you nearly finish the game, head back to Alphys' lab. The door to the True Lab will be open!
To reach the True Lab, you need to be on the True Pacifist Route. After completing Alphys' date and returning to the MTT Resort, head back to where you fought Asgore. Instead of fighting, you'll receive a call inviting you back to Alphys' lab. There, you'll find a new door opened.
Honestly, just be super nice and don't kill anyone. Then backtrack to Alphys' lab once you've hugged all your friends.
