How to Get to Tier 2 in The Division 2
To get to Tier 2 in The Division 2, you first need to finish the main campaign and hit level 30. Then, complete the three Strongholds: District Union Arena, Capitol Building, and Roosevelt Island. Boom, you'll be in World Tier 1! After that, gear up to a certain Gear Score (I think it's 275) and take on the Black Tusk invasion missions. Complete them, and voila, welcome to Tier 2!
