Just play the game and follow the progression system. You'll get there eventually if you keep pushing through the content.
Grind those World Tiers by completing Invaded Strongholds! Start with Tidal Basin and work your way up. Gear up, agent!
From personal experience, I鈥檇 say team up with a good squad. Strongholds are way easier with coordinated buddies!
I don't see the point. Play the game how you want and you'll get there eventually. No rush.
