Easy peasy! On Facebook, click on the down arrow at the top right corner -> 'Settings & Privacy' -> 'Activity Log'. In the Activity Log, you'll find 'Trash' in the left side menu.
My 2 cents: Use the Facebook mobile app, tap the three-line menu -> 'Settings & Privacy' -> 'Activity Log', then 'Trash'.
Honestly, just use the Activity Log in Settings & Privacy and you'll see the Trash option right there.
