You've gotta complete the game with 0 kills and make friends with Papyrus and Undyne. After that, Alphys鈥檚 Lab is where the magic happens.
First, complete a Pacifist run by not killing any monsters and befriending key characters like Papyrus and Undyne. Then, reload your save and head to Alphys鈥檚 Lab where you'll get a call to start the True Lab sequence. Happy exploring!
