I've done it! I caught multiple Togepi from eggs (they hatch from 2km, 5km, and 7km eggs). Evolve a Togetic with 100 Togepi Candy and a Sinnoh Stone.

First, catch a Togepi or Togetic. Then, you'll need 100 Togepi Candy and a Sinnoh Stone to evolve Togetic into Togekiss. Happy catching!

Forget the grinding. Just evolve a Togetic with the necessary items and you'll have your Togekiss.
