I just grind the Expert Missions. They usually give a bunch of TP Medals, and they help you level up quickly too!
You can earn TP Medals by completing Parallel Quests, playing in online battles, and participating in events. Also, keep an eye out for the weekend TP Medal contests!
Do raid quests! They offer a crazy amount of TP Medals if you hit the reward benchmarks. Plus, it's a lot of fun teaming up with others.
